Maintenance Mechanic Job Details

Monday – Friday |6 am - 2pm |$28-$35/hr

• Overtime possible and mandatory

Maintenance Mechanic Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance is required
• Strong working knowledge of rotating equipment, valves, pumps, and ventilation systems
• Industrial electrical power and controls troubleshooting experience required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and equipment manuals
• Experience with pipe fitting, electrical wiring, and general mechanics
• Experience working with boilers, steam condensate systems, coils, traps, and pumps
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

As a Maintenance Mechanic, your responsibilities will include:

• Performing preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on production and facility equipment
• Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Installing, maintaining, and servicing manufacturing equipment and machinery
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, equipment manuals, and work orders
• Diagnosing equipment issues, replacing defective parts, and making operational adjustments
• Maintaining boilers, piping systems, steam condensate systems, and air compressor systems
• Supporting HVAC systems, including air handlers, blowers, and dust collection equipment
• Performing plumbing, carpentry, and general facility maintenance tasks
• Completing additional maintenance and operational duties as assigned by leadership
