Well respected healthcare facility in Western NY about 1hr from Rochester is seeking a Family Practice NP/PA.

\n - Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
\n - Full-time 40hrs a week M-F; Can be 4 (10's) or 5 days (8's)
\n - Saturday twice a quarter 9a-12p
\n - NO Call
\n - Typically approx. 18-20ppd
\n - Seeking FNP with at least 2-3 years and PA's with at least 5 years Family Practice outpatient experience
\n - 110-135k salary Depending on experience, full benefits, relocation assistance, sign-on, eligible for loan repayment, etc.
