\n&99;️ What you'll be doing
\nIn this role, you will:
\n- \n
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Citizen-Cincom and Miyano CNC machines \n
- Travel to customer facilities for machine installations, repairs, and troubleshooting \n
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and CNC control issues \n
- Replace machine components including ball screws, servo motors, and cartridge spindles \n
- Read ladder diagrams and utilize machine diagnostics to identify problems quickly \n
- Align tooling and interface bar feed systems \n
- Repair spindle bearings and perform machine alignments \n
- Complete first-part runoffs following installations and major repairs \n
- Provide technical support over the phone when customers need assistance \n
- Work independently while representing Marubeni Citizen-Cincom at customer facilities \n

'05; What we're looking forRequired
\n- \n
- 3–6 years of CNC machine tool experience \n
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and automation troubleshooting skills \n
- Ability to read ladder diagrams and utilize CNC control diagnostics \n
- Solid understanding of machine geometry and machining principles \n
- Strong communication and customer service skills \n
- Ability to work independently \n
- Microsoft Office proficiency \n
- High school diploma or GED \n
- Valid driver's license \n
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally to Canada and Mexico as needed \n
- Must have a valid U.S. Passport or be able to obtain one \n
Preferred

- 1–4 years of Swiss machining experience \n
- Experience with Citizen-Cincom equipment \n
- Experience with Miyano machines \n
- Previous OEM field service experience \n
