Required Skills 8+ years eliciting requirements from customer interviews and writing system requirements. 8+ years experience with SDLCs. 8+ years business process re-engineering and software process flow improvement. 8+ years developing user stories and use cases per BA best practices. 8+ years designing mockups/wireframes aligned with UX best practices. 5+ years strong communication and facilitation skills. 5+ years strong writing and organizational skills. 4+ years experience with TEA or federal/state/local education agencies or ed vendors. 2+ years experience with Atlassian Jira. 2+ years experience with Modern Requirements software.
