Service Technician

Function:

Repairs and reconditions customer’s machines and reconditions used equipment for resale by the dealership. Pre-delivers new equipment; maintains and operates shop’s machine tools and equipment.

Duties:

1. Recondition and repair equipment as assigned/as needed.
2. Perform set-up and pre-delivery on new equipment.
3. Diagnose trouble and plan method and sequence of performing work required.
4. Maintain a clean and safe work area.
5. Account for all time on time card and for all material used in performing assignments.
6. Work with service manager in fulfillment of responsibilities of the department.
7. Promote customer loyalty and goodwill.
8. Completes other duties as assigned by service manager.

Salary/Compensation: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour
