Responsibilities:\n

Pediatrix Medical Group seeks a Neonatologist to join its practice at Golisano Children's Hospital in Ft Myers, Florida. The hospital s NICU offers:

\n

\n

\n
• State-of-the-art facility with a 70-bed, Level-III NICU
\n
• The health system has two facilities and 7000 deliveries per year
\n
• Cape Coral Hospital provides a Level-I low-risk delivery service
\n
• Primary responsibilities include providing attending coverage at our Level-III NICU
\n
• All subspecialty services available (except cardiovascular surgery and ECMO) and high-risk delivery service coverage
\n
• In-house call and 24-hour NNP coverage
\n
• Level-I coverage includes well baby care and back-up coverage from home
\n
• Team of 10 neonatologists and 10 NNPs
\n
• We value a team-approach toward care, in a developmentally sensitive and family-centered unit
\n

• Shifts are 24 hours round plus call from home/hotel

Qualifications:\n

• Board Certication in Neonatology with recent experience required
\n
• FL license required
\n
