THE PRACTICE
\n\n
Humboldt County Behavioral Health - Eureka, CA
\nHumboldt County Behavioral Health, provides mental health services for Humboldt County residents, including eligible Medi-Cal patients. Their county services provide treatment to address their residents mental health systems, arranging follow-up quality care, and a referral network of resources. TBH supports Humboldt County Behavioral Health with Adult and Child & Adolescent physicians to address the needs of their patients.

Outpatient Services

- Flexible 8 or 10 hours of coverage Monday Friday \n
- 30 hours per week \n
- Can be Hybrid schedule\n

- 3 weeks tele/ 1 week in person \n
\n - No call, nights, or weekends \n
- Case load of 250 \n
- Average of 1-5 intakes per week \n
- 60 minutes for an initial eval and 30 minutes for a follow-up visit \n
- EMR - Streamline \n
- Clinic hosts NP trainees, physician candidates should be comfortable being a preceptor \n
