As Associate Program Director, youll collaborate with program leadership to shape curriculum, mentor residents, and ensure academic excellencewhile maintaining a fulfilling clinical practice.
What Youll Do\n50% Administrative

- Assist Program Director with curriculum development and ACGME compliance \n
- Lead didactics, resident recruitment, and mentoring \n
- Oversee resident evaluations and program improvement initiatives \n
50% Clinical

- Serve as Attending in inpatient rehab or outpatient neuro clinics \n
- Provide hands-on resident teaching and patient care \n
- Support a team-based, community-focused approach to rehabilitation \n

- New ACGME Program: Launched July 2022 \n
- Robust Curriculum: Emphasis on brain injury, stroke, general PM&R \n
- Team Collaboration: Dedicated Program Director, Coordinator, and faculty \n
- Mission-Driven: Rooted in service, mentorship, and educational innovation \n

- Board Certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation \n
- At least 3 years clinical or academic experience in an ACGME setting \n
- Strong communication and mentoring skills \n
- Academic experience and scholarly activity preferred \n
