\n A leading aerospace company is hiring multiple temp-to-hire Manufacturing Associates to join their Debur Technician department. Openings are available on their Day, Night & Weekend Shift teams. In this role, you’ll use hand and power tools to debur their high-quality aerospace products. \n
\n

\n

\n Manufacturing Associate Job Duties: \n
\n
    \n
  • Use hand tools and grinders to deburr and blend mismatches on machined parts
    • \n
  • Operate deburring tools such as pencil grinders and air guns
    • \n
\n
\n \n
\n
\n Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour \n
\n
    \n
  • Shift Differentials for Weekend $4/hr
    • \n
\n
\n \n
\n
\n Schedule Options: \n
\n
    \n
  • Day - 4-DayX10 hr Shift: Monday - Thursday, 5:00am - 3:30pm
    • \n
  • Night – 4-DayX10 hr Shift: Monday - Thursday, 3:30pm - 2:00am
    • \n
  • Weekend Day – 3-DayX12 hr Shift: Friday – Sunday, 5:00am - 5:00pm (work 36 hours – but get paid for 40!)
    • \n

\n Manufacturing Associate Job Requirements: \n
\n
    \n
  • At least 6 months of manufacturing experience
    • \n
  • Comfortable using small tools for grinding, smoothing, or finishing parts
    • \n
  • Comfortable navigating and performing basic computer functions in a Windows-based system
    • \n
\n
