\nThe Direct Care Registered Nurse - Home Health and Hospice Provides high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes or hospice settings, ensuring comfort, dignity, and emotional support during end-of-life care.\n

Anticipated Status/Shift: \n

\nWeekend Day Shift (8AM - 8PM, weekend days)\n

- Associate's Degree in Nursing (Required)
\n
\n
Certification/Licensure \n
\n

- Valid RN License in state of practice (VA) (Required)
\n - BLS (Required within 90 days of hire)
\n
\n
Experience \n
\n
- \n
- 1 year of nursing experience (Required)
\n - Previous Home Care/Hospice experience (Preferred)
\n - Develops, implements, and evaluates plans of care for specific patient populations (Preferred)
\n - Manages a patient case load through coordination and collaboration with multidisciplinary team members to facilitate integrated and comprehensive care (Preferred)
\n - Possesses clinical knowledge and skills to meet standards as required by specific clinical areas (Preferred)
