\n Pay Rate\n
\n\n Starting at $18.00 per hour, based on experience\n
\n\n
\n
\n\n
\n Schedule\n
\n\n Monday–Friday\n
\n 6:00 am-3:30 p, with overtime as needed. \n
\n\n 6:00 am-3:30 p, with overtime as needed. \n
\n Must be comfortable possibly moving to 2nd shift: 2:15 pm-12:45 am\n
\n\n Welder Duties and Responsibilities\n
\n- \n
- Perform MIG welding on steel components using blueprints and work instructions. \n
- Set up and operate welding equipment while following safety procedures. \n
- Inspect finished welds to ensure quality standards are met. \n
- Prepare materials and maintain a clean, organized work area.
\n
\n Welder Qualifications and Requirements\n
\n- \n
- Previous MIG welding experience in a manufacturing environment. \n
- Ability to read blueprints, weld symbols, and use measuring tools. \n
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. \n
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety.
\n
