Job Overview\n

We are seeking an experienced Labor, Delivery, Recovery & Postpartum (LDRP) Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in Havre, Montana. This position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive maternity care across the full continuum of obstetrical services, including antepartum, labor and delivery, postpartum, and newborn care.

The ideal candidate is confident working independently in a rural healthcare setting while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to deliver safe, compassionate, evidence-based care.

Key Responsibilities\n
    \n
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for obstetrical patients.
  • \n
  • Provide nursing care during antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and newborn periods.
  • \n
  • Monitor maternal and fetal conditions throughout labor and delivery.
  • \n
  • Assist with deliveries and emergency obstetric situations.
  • \n
  • Educate patients and families regarding postpartum and newborn care.
  • \n
  • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
  • \n
  • Document patient care accurately using Meditech EMR.
  • \n
  • Participate in required rotational on-call schedule.
  • \n
  • Maintain compliance with hospital policies and patient safety standards.

Minimum Qualifications\n
    \n
  • Active Montana Registered Nurse (RN) License
  • \n
  • Minimum 2 years of recent LDRP/Labor & Delivery experience
  • \n
  • Current:\n

    • BLS
    • \n
    • ACLS
    • \n
    • NRP
    • \n
  • \n
  • Experience with Labor & Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum, and Newborn Care
  • \n
  • Ability to work rotating day/night 12-hour shifts
  • \n
  • Ability to participate in on-call rotation
  • \n
  • Reliable personal transportation required
  • \n
