Position: Medical Technologist (MT)

Location: Lexington, North Carolina

Schedule: Full-time DAYS

Requirements: 5+ years experience

A pathology lab service company is looking for a qualified Med Tech to join their team. The company offers a wide range of services, including anatomic, clinical, and molecular pathology testing. This is a full-time, day shift position where you will be working independently

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently perform routine and complex laboratory tests.

• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring all instruments are calibrated, validated, and functioning correctly.

• Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and ensure accuracy and consistency of findings.
\n
• Review and interpret test data, recognizing any discrepancies or abnormalities and taking appropriate corrective actions.
\n
• Maintain accurate and detailed records in accordance with laboratory protocols and regulatory requirements.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards, quality control measures, and accreditation guidelines.
\n
• Work closely with laboratory supervisors and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.

• Perform instrument maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
