Position Responsibilities

\n

\n
• \n

  Lead and develop a team of 3 to 5 developers, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

\n
• \n

  Provide technical guidance to ensure production of scalable, resilient software solutions.

\n
• \n

  Partner with cross-functional Agile teams to align architecture and design decisions with business goals and product strategy.

\n
• \n

  Support team members in designing and developing complex applications based on business requirements.

\n

\n

\n

Minimum Requirements

\n

\n
• \n

  Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.

\n
• \n

  2+ years of people management experience with a strong background application project experience programming languages such as Java, Angular or JavaScript.

\n
• \n

  Experience developing a team and managing full project lifecycles.

\n
• \n

  Uline does not participate in the H1-B lottery.
