\n Great group near Oregon State University is seeking an Internal Medicine Support Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant.\n

\n - Family (FNP) or Adult Geriatric Nurse Practitioner (AGNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
\n - M-F, forty (40) work hours per week, including a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours availability for patient contact per week.
\n - Providing same-day or next-day urgent access
\n - Conducting, as needed, CMS Annual Wellness Visits.
\n - Meeting on a regular basis with Internal Medicine providers to review patient charts, collaborate on patient cases, and discuss workflow and expectations.
\n - Support busy Internal Medicine Team
\n - Seeking candidates with experience working in a busy Primary Care clinic
