Job Opportunity: PRN OB/Gyn Hospitalist Physician

Our organization is looking for a PRN OB/Gyn Hospitalist physician to become a part of our Women's Health division. This practice benefits from 24/7 in-house anesthesia support and features a level III NICU. Additionally, we have a comprehensive Women's Health service line that includes 18 general OB/GYN physicians, a MIGS surgeon, a Urogynecologist, and a Gynecological Oncologist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 24-hour in-house call shifts.
  • Deliver antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum care for OB patients from our outpatient clinic and community practices.
  • Conduct gynecologic consultations and manage surgical cases for inpatient units and the emergency department.
  • Serve as a physician back for complex obstetrical care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to offer comprehensive healthcare services to patients, with the scope of practice defined by the health system's credentialing and privileging committee.
Required Qualifications
  • A Doctorate from an accredited medical school is mandatory.
  • Licensure to practice medicine by the Virginia Department of Health Professions is essential.
  • Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology is required.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is between $250,000.00 - $552,240.00 annually. In addition to the base salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage (subject to eligibility), along with wellness and retirement benefits aimed at supporting our employees and their families.
