Physician - Family Medicine - Outpatient Faculty Member of Residency

We are currently seeking a Family Medicine Core Faculty member for our dual-accredited Family Medicine Residency Program, which celebrated its inaugural PGY1 class graduation in 2015.
Core Faculty members in Family Medicine allocate a significant portion of their professional time (at least 60%) to the residency program, engaging in teaching, administrative duties, scholarly activities, and patient care. The focus is primarily on outpatient primary care, including responsibilities in the outpatient continuity clinic and rotation precepting.

Position Details:- Full-time employment with the hospital
- 100% outpatient focus
- No on-call responsibilities
- Collaborate with a team consisting of 1 program director, 3 core physician faculty, 1 faculty psychologist, 1 director of Graduate Medical Education, 1 clinical supervisor, 2 medical education assistants, and 12 clinical staff members
- Utilization of Epic EMR
- Practice mix: 75% precepting, 10% lectures, and 15% administrative tasks
- Attractive base salary
- Signing bonus of $60,000
- Student loan repayment assistance up to $100,000, with eligibility for a qualifying PSLF site

Qualifications- Board Eligibility or Certification Required: Family Medicine
- Experience Required: Minimum of 3 years
- Licensure: Must possess an Indiana Medical License
- Certifications: BLS/ACLS certification must be maintained
