Position Summary and Qualifications

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) is responsible for delivering exceptional, patient-focused care while overseeing all unit operations. Collaborating closely with the management team, the CNC assesses and monitors nursing care in line with established protocols. This role acts as a vital resource for staff and enhances the overall patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, assess, tailor, and provide high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Support the admission and discharge processes.
  • Work alongside subject matter experts and leadership to enhance outcomes and service quality.
  • Offer coaching, feedback, and training to boost staff performance and engagement.
  • Assist in staff scheduling.
Required Qualifications:
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within one year of starting employment.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be acquired within 30 days of starting employment.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
