Our organization in Mason City, Iowa, is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Sleep Medicine Physician to become part of our dedicated team. We are a physician-owned, multi-specialty group committed to providing exceptional healthcare.

Compensation Package
  • Salary: $333,626 annually plus production incentives.
  • Bonus: $48,000 bonus package for the first two years.

About the Medical Center

Our regional health system encompasses 14 counties and includes a teaching hospital, critical access hospitals, and numerous clinics throughout northern Iowa. We offer residency programs in Family Medicine and Internal Medicine, as well as fellowships in Cardiology and Pharmacy.

Qualifications
  • Certification: Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible, with certification required within three years of eligibility.
  • Visa Sponsorship: H1B and J1 candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Background Checks: All offers are contingent upon successful reference checks, background verification, pre-employment physical, and drug screening.
  • Education: Graduate from an accredited medical or osteopathic school is mandatory.
  • Residency: Completion of an appropriate residency program demonstrating competency as a physician.
  • Privileges: Must be eligible to obtain medical staff privileges at our facility.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • Licensing: Must hold or be eligible for a physician license in Iowa, along with an Iowa Controlled Substance Certificate and Federal DEA Certificate.
