Academic Neonatologist - Texas Tech University High-Impact Level IV NICU Setting in No-Income Tax State Practice Highlights: Level IV academic NICU with 50 beds, full?scope acuity, and robust subspecialty access. Cohesive team of neonatologists, NNPs, and pediatric residents Predictable 1-2 week service blocks with a well?supported in?house call model that protects true off?time. Consistent leadership in high?risk deliveries with streamlined OB collaboration. Influence evolving Neuro?NICU, Small Baby, and POCUS programs; lead QI and clinical protocol development. Additional income available through departmental moonlighting; competitive academic compensation with bonuses, relocation, fellowship stipend eligibility, and full benefits including state pension. Compensation & Benefits: Salary: Competitive academic base commensurate with rank/experience. Bonus & Incentives: Signing & relocation bonuses including Fellowship stipend up to $30,000 (eligible candidates).
