USC W2 Local Only Must have skills Managed 2–5 Agile squads comprising 20–50 team members. Experience working with globally distributed teams across North America, Europe, and Asia. Exposure to application modernization, microservices, cloud migration, and DevSecOps initiatives within banking organizations. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement sessions. Coach teams on Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and Agile maturity assessments. Monitor Sprint Velocity, Burndown, Release Planning, Lead Time, and other Agile KPIs. Preferred skills Support delivery of banking applications across areas such as: Digital Banking/Lending Detailed Job Description Banking Domain Strong understanding of banking business processes and regulatory environments. Experience delivering applications for retail, commercial, or investment banking. Knowledge of risk, compliance, audit, and security requirements. Leadership Skills Strong facilitation and conflict-resolution capabilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple teams and programs simultaneously.
