Parkview Health is currently seeking a full-time Board Eligible / Board Certified Palliative Care physician to join our Palliative team at Parkview Packnett Family Cancer Institute in Fort Wayne, IN.

Specifics of The Role

• The ideal candidate is a compassionate and innovative physician driven to provide a multidisciplinary approach to palliative care in the cancer population.
\n
• Palliative care is an integral part of our cancer care delivery model with involvement at all stages of a patients cancer journey, when appropriate.
\n
• Commitment to proactive management of symptoms and improvement of quality of life.
\n
• Completion of a palliative care fellowship favored, but internal medicine or dual palliative oncology and medical oncology training would be considered.
\n
• Call frequency is 1:3
\n
• Academic-style practice in a community setting
\n
• Health system utilizes EPIC EMR System
