Pay Rate: $24-$32.78 per hour, depending on experience and shift.

Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled Tool & Die makers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial toolmaking, with hands-on experience operating manual and CNC machining equipment. This role is critical in supporting production through the fabrication, maintenance, fixtures, and machine components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manufacture and maintain tooling used for stamping, forging, molding, and other industrial applications
- Build and repair jigs, fixtures, and specialized components for CNC and other industrial machines
- Perform set-ups and operate manual mills, lathes, and surface grinders
- Set up and assist with CNC machine operations
- Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and production teams to ensure tooling is accurate and reliable
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to fabricate components
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe tool room environment
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in an toolmaking or manual CNC environment
- Proficiency in operating manual machine tools (mills, lathes, grinders) specifically Bridgeport
- Experience with CNC setup, drills and basic programming is a plus
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and tooling fabrication
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Preferred Experience:
- Background in tooling for stamping, forging, or molding operations
- Knowledge of precision measurement tools and practices
- Experience with preventive maintenance and machine troubleshooting
