Practice Manager Compensation:

• $90-95K salary based on experience and fit, plus bonuses

Practice Manager Experience:

\n
• This position is the face of the practice, and you will be leading the practice for all work hours, marketing events (at least 1 day/month, 6-9 pm), and study club/CE/Open house events. They are considered “first one in, last one out” position.
\n
• Functions as a Chief Operations Officer for a “small” practice and is not a “typical dental manager.”
\n
• HR and documentation, AP and ARs, practice marketing, marketing campaigns, budgeting, active analytics, and medical and dental billing
\n
