Our client continues to be a leader in the dental industry with offices throughout Illinois, Indiana, New Mexico, Texas, and Wisconsin.
\nSUMMARY OF COMPENSATION (varies based on location and experience):
\n- \n
- Average earning potential $250,000-$550,000 (Including New Graduates!). \n
- Daily minimum guarantee of $800 - $1,000. \n
- 30-35% of production paid on everything including X-rays (plus locational % premiums). \n
- Two weeks paid vacation time. \n
- Cash bonuses up to $80,000. \n
- Long Term Cash Incentives up to $60,000. \n
- Full medical benefits (includes family). \n
- Malpractice coverage. \n
- Sponsorship for H-1B, TN and Green Card available. \n
- $3,000 Continuing education allowance per year (plus automatic enrollment in a program for mentorship, proficiency and advanced skills training). \n

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients. \n
- Create dental treatment plans and coordinate oral health care during patient consultations. \n
- Ensure treatment plan is reviewed with each family and receive informed consents for treatments services. \n
- Deliver quality dental care to every patient. \n
- Repair decayed and broken teeth through restoration techniques, potentially extract teeth, and restore edentulous areas. \n
- Adhere to all federal and government regulations, including the state dental board rules and regulations, HIPPA and OSHA regulations. \n
- Provide leadership and direction to clinical support staff in all areas of patient treatment. \n
- Consistently portray a positive working attitude that fosters a pleasant work environment. \n
