  • Practice Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient

  • Types of Cases: Total joints, Fractures, sports, and general cases
  • \n
  • Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
  • \n
  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR): MediTech
  • \n
  • Certifications required: Board Certification,
  • \n
  • Active Michigan license required, Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA)
