\n - Shared call (1:4) to provide work/life balance \n

- Competitive Compensation: A generous compensation package awaits, including a 2-year salary guarantee starting at $546,417, with potential for additional earnings and an attractive sign-on bonus. \n

- Hospital: Advocate Sherman, 255-bed Full Service, Level 2 Trauma Center \n
- 40-miles Northwest of Chicago \n

- Leverage access to DAX Copilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, streamlining clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review, editing, and signature \n

- Completion of an accredited Urology Residency Program required \n
- BE/BC in Urology \n
- Fellowship training welcome, but not required \n
