MercyOne Genesis is excited to welcome a BC/BE Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon to our expanding team at our Level III Trauma Center. Qualifications

  • MD or DO
    • \n
\n
    \n
  • Fellowship trained in Orthopedic Traumatology or Adult Reconstruction/Total Joint Arthroplasty
    • \n

    \n
  • ABOS Board Certified or Board Eligible required
    • \n
\n
    \n
  • Ability to obtain Iowa and Illinois medical licenses
    • \n
\n
    \n
  • Strong clinical and surgical skill set with a commitment to quality and evidence-based care
    • \n
\n
    \n
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-focused mindset
    • \n
\n
    \n
  • Open to graduating fellows and experienced orthopedic surgeons
    • \n
\n

Compensation & Benefits

  • Two-year guaranteed salary: $730,000, plus production
    • \n

  • Straight production model starting in year 3
