\nMercyOne Genesis is excited to welcome a BC/BE Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon to our expanding team at our Level III Trauma Center. Qualifications

- MD or DO \n
- \n
- Fellowship trained in Orthopedic Traumatology or Adult Reconstruction/Total Joint Arthroplasty \n
- \n
- ABOS Board Certified or Board Eligible required \n
- \n
- Ability to obtain Iowa and Illinois medical licenses \n
- \n
- Strong clinical and surgical skill set with a commitment to quality and evidence-based care \n
- \n
- Excellent communication skills and a team-focused mindset \n
- \n
- Open to graduating fellows and experienced orthopedic surgeons \n
Compensation & Benefits

- Two-year guaranteed salary: $730,000, plus production \n
- \n
- Straight production model starting in year 3 \n
- \n
- Earning potential of $1M+ \n
