What Youll Do\n
    \n
  • \n

    Provide leadership and oversight of psychiatric care across the hospital

  • \n
  • \n

    Lead and support multidisciplinary treatment teams

  • \n
  • \n

    Prescribe and manage psychiatric medication plans

  • \n
  • \n

    Guide comprehensive discharge planning in collaboration with families and CSBs

  • \n
  • \n

    Participate in on-call rotations and performance improvement initiatives

  • \n
  • \n

    Mentor students and clinical staff

  • \n
  • \n

    Support and assist with EHR training and implementation

  • \n

What We're Looking For\n
    \n
  • \n

    Valid Virginia medical license and DEA registration (or eligibility prior to employment)

  • \n
  • \n

    Strong experience in psychiatric care

  • \n
  • \n

    Proven leadership ability and collaborative mindset

  • \n
  • \n

    Proficiency with electronic health record systems

  • \n
