\n Carlsbad Medical Center is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our hospitalist team in a hospital-employed role. This position offers flexibility in scheduling, strong physician collaboration, and the opportunity to provide high-quality inpatient care in a supportive community hospital setting. \n

Qualifications\n

  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program

  • Current New Mexico NP or PA license (or eligibility for licensure)

  • Strong clinical and communication skills
    • \n
  • Ability to work effectively in a hospital-based team environment
    • \n
  • Prior inpatient experience preferred but not required (based on role expectations)
