Opportunity Details:
We are looking for a full-time Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join our Residential Treatment program in Leesburg, VA. This position offers competitive compensation, no weekend rounding, and a supportive team environment, enabling you to concentrate on providing direct patient care to children and adolescents aged 9 to 17 with a variety of psychiatric treatment needs. You will collaborate closely with fellow Child and Adolescent Psychiatrists, PMHNPs, psychiatric nurses, therapists, and special education professionals.

Responsibilities

- Provide long term Psychiatric care to males and females ages 9-17 y.o. \n
- Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and support staff \n
- Manage day-to-day clinical responsibilities, follow-ups and new admissions \n
- Document care using EMR \n

Qualifications

- Board Certified / Board Eligible in C/A Psychiatry \n
- Active or eligible Virginia state license \n
- 4-6 years of training and/or experience in Psychiatry \n
