\nWe are seeking a Physician Assistant to join our Family Medicine team in Marshall, TX. This position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care in a collaborative outpatient setting. \nKey Responsibilities

Provide full-spectrum family medicine services including preventive care, acute visits, and chronic disease management

Perform patient evaluations, physical exams, wellness visits, and routine screenings
\n - \n
Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and diagnostic studies
\n - \n
Develop and manage individualized treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
\n - \n
Educate patients on disease prevention, medications, nutrition, and lifestyle modifications
\n - \n
Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR
\n - \n
Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure coordinated patient care
\n
Qualifications

Current Texas license as a Physician Assistant
\n - \n
National certification (NCCPA)
\n - \n
Previous family medicine or primary care experience preferred
\n - \n
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
\n - \n
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative care team
