This position is located along the stunning Pacific Coast, not far from Santa Barbara, showcasing some of California's most breathtaking landscapes.

Your Support Team

Work Schedule

• Monday to Thursday: 8 AM - 5 PM
• Friday: 8 AM - 12 PM
• Enjoy a 4.5-day work week with 6 weeks of paid time off (PTO) each year

Patient Care and Support

• Manage a low patient load of 16 to 18 patients daily
• Each physician is paired with a dedicated medical assistant for support

Contract Options

• Flexible contract terms available: choose from 1, 2, or 3-year agreements

Compensation Package

• Attractive base salary or a productivity-based compensation structure
• Additional earnings available for supervising mid-level providers

Qualifications

• Open to board-certified or board-eligible candidates in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

Salary Information

Annual compensation ranges from $300,000 to $300,000. The stated rates are comprehensive, encompassing base pay along with potential additional earnings from overtime, on-call duties, and holiday work.
