We are thrilled to announce a fantastic opening for a Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon (MIGS) to become part of our expanding Women's Health Service in Buffalo, New York. Our organization is experiencing a significant volume of gynecologic surgeries and is eager to welcome a professional skilled in minimally invasive techniques, particularly robotic-assisted surgery, along with experience in managing endometriosis surgically.

As a multispecialty physician group within a comprehensive healthcare system, we operate outpatient facilities throughout the Buffalo-Niagara Region. Our organization is backed by a dedicated team and extensive ancillary services across six hospitals, establishing a strong multi-specialty presence in Western New York.

Key Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited medical school with either a Medical Doctor (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) degree.
• Possession of a current and unrestricted medical license in New York State and DEA registration.
• Board Certification or Board Eligibility.
• Completion of a Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery (MIGS) Fellowship is preferred.
• A passion for managing complex gynecological conditions.

Responsibilities include:

• Upholding accepted standards of practice in alignment with state regulations, professional guidelines, and societal expectations.
• Commitment to evidence-based, standardized care within a patient-centered, collaborative environment.
• Enhancing patient understanding of their conditions, treatment options, expected outcomes, potential complications, and recovery timelines.
• Ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, accurate reporting, and adherence to established policies for continuous performance improvement.
• Supervising the education of residents and medical students.

Employment Details:

• Full-Time Position
• Salary Range: $450,000 - $550,000
• Sign-On Bonus: $25,000
• Relocation Assistance: $10,000
• Shared call responsibilities with other providers
