Lawn Maintenance Manager

Job Summary:
Maple Leaf Inc. is seeking an experienced and motivated Lawn Maintenance Manager to oversee daily lawn care operations and supervise field crews. This position is responsible for scheduling jobs, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining equipment, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience in lawn maintenance and landscaping who can manage multiple projects while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead lawn maintenance crews on residential and commercial properties.
• Schedule daily routes and assign work to team members.
• Ensure all mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, and seasonal cleanup services are completed efficiently and to company standards.
• Train, coach, and evaluate employees on proper equipment operation and safety procedures.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
• Operate and maintain commercial lawn care equipment, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and trailers.
• Monitor equipment maintenance and coordinate repairs when needed.
• Communicate with customers regarding scheduling, service requests, and project updates.
• Maintain inventory of equipment, materials, and supplies.
• Enforce company policies and all safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Previous lawn maintenance and crew leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of lawn care practices, landscaping techniques, and equipment operation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physically demanding outdoor work.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience towing trailers is preferred.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and manage multiple priorities.
