About the Position:

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Pain Management Clinic team.

Team Structure:

\n - Collaborate with 3 Physicians and 2 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).
\n
\n
Responsibilities:
\n
\n - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including:\n
\n - Electrical stimulation
\n - Facet joint injections
\n - Intralaminar epidural injections
\n - Medial branch blocks
\n - Medication management
\n - Nerve blocks
\n - Physical therapy coordination
\n - Rhizotomy
\n - Sacroiliac joint injections
\n - Transforaminal epidural injections
\n - Trigger point injections
\n
