Position Overview

We are in search of a board-certified or board-eligible Maternal Fetal Medicine physician who is dedicated to providing outstanding care within a collaborative setting. Our OB/GYN Department includes:

• 20 OB/GYN specialists
• 2 Maternal Fetal Medicine specialists
• 6 Advanced Practice Clinicians
• 15 Certified Nurse Midwives

We pride ourselves on being an integrated and efficient prenatal care team.

Job Details

• Flexible part-time or full-time options (0.6 - 1.0 FTE)
• Supportive staff comprising 8 sonographers, nurses, and other medical professionals
• Daily patient load of 21 - 25 individuals in the clinic
• Shared on-call responsibilities with two other MFM physicians (primarily telephone consultations)
• MFM physicians are not required to handle deliveries

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation follows a production model
• New clinicians receive a one-year guaranteed salary of $524,000, with significant potential for increased earnings
• Starting bonus of up to $35,000
• Two-year partnership track available with a reasonable buy-in
• Compensation details are based on current data and may be subject to change
