The "Dream" Schedule: Work just three 12-hour shifts per week, providing you with four days off to explore the Cascades.

Clinical Scope: Full-time outpatient care with a volume of approximately 30 patients per day.

Skill Set: While no specific procedures are mandated, we value candidates comfortable with "UC basics" like suturing, casting, splinting, and minor procedures (e.g., toenail removal).

Qualifications\n

Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in an Urgent Care or ED FastTrack setting is required.

Confidence: Must be comfortable working independently and seeing a diverse patient panel.
