Job Description
Kettering Health is seeking an OB/GYN to join an established, hospital-based womens health team at our Main Campus in Dayton, Ohio. This is a high-acuity practice with a Level III NICU, in-house anesthesia and MFM, dedicated OR block time, and a team model where partners actively support one another in the OR and on call. The group offers predictable scheduling, a 1:8 call rotation, and is given the autonomy to practice at a high level.

Clinical Scope: Full-spectrum OB/GYN
\n Regular and high-risk OB, gynecologic surgery,
\n Open to all surgical interests and subspecialty focuses \n - \n
Call: 1:8 shared rotation (upon hire)
\n In-house anesthesia, neonatology, and MFM support \n - \n
Facilities & Technology:
\n Level III NICU
\n Dedicated block OR time with Da Vinci Xi access
\n Epic EMR system-wide \n - \n
Team Structure & Support:
\n 8 physician partners
\n 3 APPs, dedicated MAs, and a surgery scheduler
\n Experienced OR and clinic staff \n - \n
In-Office Procedures:
\n NSTs, colposcopy, endometrial ablation, LEEP \n
