\nPulmonary Physician Assistant (Full-Time) - Lakeland, FL
\nOur Pulmonary practice in Lakeland is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant for a busy clinic-based practice.
\nSchedule:
\n Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (or until all patients are seen)
\n Weekend call coverage and hospital rounding may be requested.
Preferred Experience:
\n Prior Physician Assistant experience in Pulmonary, Medical-Surgical, Emergency Room, or ICU settings is preferred. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with exceptional attention to detail.
Under the direction of our Pulmonary physicians, responsibilities include:

Maintain and update progress notes in a timely manner
\n - \n
Perform histories and physicals (H&Ps)
\n - \n
Write orders for medications and diagnostic tests
\n - \n
Assess and diagnose acute and chronic illnesses
\n - \n
Provide high-quality patient care in clinic setting
\n
Certification / Licensure Requirements:

BLS certification required
\n - \n
PA board certification required
\n - \n
Active, unrestricted Florida license (or ability to obtain) required
\n
