Quick Facts Location: 624 Hospital Drive, Mountain Home, AR 72653 Start Date: 08/17/2026 End Date: 02/15/2027 Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:00 pm (day shift) Hours/week: 40 hours Employment Type: Contract License/Certs: Arkansas medical license or willingness to consider licensing candidates accepted Experience: General Radiology experience, fellowship training in IR preferred but not required Pay & Benefits Pay package: $487.50/hour, paid weekly via direct deposit Benefits: Comprehensive W-2 medical benefits Competitive referral bonus program Paid sick leave per applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and related reimbursements when applicable Travel billable for ongoing cases and assignments What You’ll Do Perform diagnostic reads and moderate interventional radiology procedures Conduct CT and ultrasound-guided biopsies (excluding mammography) Place drains in renal, biliary, gastric, and abscess cases (in Cath lab and via CT) Perform thoracentesis, paracentesis, and dialysis procedures Manage peripheral and pulmonary venous thrombosis cases as needed Occasionally perform embolizations for GI and other bleeding issues Work collaboratively with hospital staff at a level III trauma center What You Need Active medical license in Arkansas or willingness to pursue licensure General Radiology experience; IR fellowship training is a plus but not mandatory Strong procedural skills with diagnostic imaging Ability to work in a team-oriented environment About the Assignment This assignment is based at a non-profit 268-bed hospital in Mountain Home, Arkansas, situated in a picturesque Ozark setting.
