Overview:
\n Our primary care practice in Cliffside Park is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our collaborative clinical team. Our role offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with no evenings or weekends.

Position Offers:

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, daytime hours
\n
• Full-time, permanent position
\n
• Competitive compensation: $125,000–$145,000 (DOE)
\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical examinations and medical histories
\n
• Diagnose and treat a range of acute and chronic health conditions
\n
• Develop and implement individualized patient care and management plans
\n
• Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations and clinical protocols
\n
• Order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results
\n
• Provide patient and family education on disease prevention and treatment plans
\n
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care
\n
• Maintain accurate, compliant medical documentation and support quality improvement initiatives
\n

Qualifications:

\n
• Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
\n
• Active Nurse Practitioner license in New Jersey
\n
• Prior primary care experience preferred
\n
• Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
\n
• Bilingual in Spanish required for new graduates
\n
