Locum Tenens PA - Cardiovascular / Cardiothoracic Surgery Position in CA

Job Overview

Work Schedule

• Days: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 7 AM to 3 PM, with guaranteed 8-hour shifts
• On-call: 1:2 rotation, approximately 1 to 2 calls per month

Patient Care Responsibilities

• Manage 5 to 8 patients per shift
• Care for cardiothoracic surgery patients in various settings: clinic, hospital, OR, ICU, and step-down units
• Perform radial and endoscopic vein harvesting
• Oversee ECMO, IABP, and Impella management
• Assist in the OR and manage ICU/step-down patients

Compensation

Hourly rates range from $105.00 to $138.00. These figures are estimates and may vary based on factors such as the urgency of the position, your experience, qualifications, and other considerations.
