Our organization is actively looking for a Full-Time Primary Care Physician to become part of a collaborative team of healthcare professionals dedicated to practicing evidence-based medicine. We seek a physician who is enthusiastic about providing comprehensive Family Medicine or Internal Medicine services and is eager to work alongside advanced practice clinicians who play a vital role in our team.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care in a team-oriented environment.
- Collaborate with fellow clinicians and advanced practice providers.
- Engage in evidence-based medical practices.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- Possession of an active and unrestricted Medical License in California.
- Current DEA license required prior to starting employment.

- Competitive salary with an income guarantee.
- Salary range between $289,262 and $321,773, which serves as the base compensation for full-time clinicians (1.0 FTE) and does not include additional incentives or benefits. Adjustments may be made based on experience, training, community needs, and other relevant factors.
- A residency stipend of $1,000 per month for residents who commit to employment for up to 12 months.
