Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Possession of an active and unrestricted Medical License in California.
• Current DEA license required prior to starting employment.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary with an income guarantee.
• Salary range between $289,262 and $321,773, which serves as the base compensation for full-time clinicians (1.0 FTE) and does not include additional incentives or benefits. Adjustments may be made based on experience, training, community needs, and other relevant factors.
• A residency stipend of $1,000 per month for residents who commit to employment for up to 12 months.
• Eligibility for shareholder status after two years of service.
