We are on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic Physician to become part of our Employee Health Facility team situated in Kentwood, Michigan. Position Overview
- Employment Type: Full-Time (.74 FTE)
- Employee Health Facility managed by our organization, catering to patients and families enrolled in the medical plan
- One convenient location near multiple work sites for patients:
- Employee Health Facility
- The provider will dedicate their entire time to the Employee Health Facility in Kentwood
- The clinic provides comprehensive primary care, wellness visits, chronic disease management, low-cost acute care visits, and occupational health services
- On-site medication availability and lab draws for patients
- The clinical team consists of 2 physicians and 5 support staff (a mix of Medical Assistants and BOC)
- The clinic operates from 7 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with no weekend or holiday shifts
- No on-call responsibilities

Qualifications
- Prior experience is required
- Physicians must be board certified in their specific clinical specialty or achieve certification within the timeframe set by the relevant specialty board.
- Active Michigan medical license (or the ability to obtain one)
- DEA license
- BLS certification (must be maintained) / ACLS/BLS certification (must be maintained)
Responsibilities
A typical day may involve:
- Delivering direct patient care
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Engaging in teaching and mentoring activities
- Documenting patient information in Epic EMR
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives
- Supporting community health initiatives
