Overview\n

Seeking a Chief Dental Officer to lead dental operations across 7 clinic locations while maintaining an active clinical practice.

Leadership Responsibilities\n

\n
• Oversee 10 Staff Dentists and 15 Dental Hygienists
\n
• Lead provider recruitment and staffing
\n
• Monitor patient access, provider utilization, and referrals
\n
• QA, peer review, grant objectives, and administrative leadership
\n
• Maintain Board of Directors relationships
\n
• Support dental student rotations
\n

Clinical Responsibilities\n

\n
• See 15–17 patients/day (including hygiene checks)
\n
• Procedures include:\n
  \n
  • Root canals (Endo)
  \n
  • Crowns
  \n
  • Bridges
  \n
  • Dentures & Partials
  \n
  • General dentistry
  \n
\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• DDS or DMD
\n
• Completion of a GPR or AEGD residency
\n
• Leadership experience preferred
\n
• FQHC, community health, or multi-site leadership experience is a plus
\n
