- Shifts: 4:30pm - 4:30am or 6:00pm - 6:00am \n
- Competitive compensation based on experience: \n
- 0-2 years: $141,900 \n
- 2.1-5 years: $148,500 \n
- 5.1-10 years: $159,500 \n
- 10+ years: $167,200 \n
- Additional nocturnist differential available \n

- Provide overnight first-call coverage for hospitalized patients within: \n
- Internal Medicine \n
- Family Medicine \n
- Cardiology \n
- Hematology-Oncology \n
- Perform hospital admissions \n
- Respond to acute patient needs and changes in condition \n
- Take first calls from answering services regarding hospitalized patients \n
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams \n
- Exercise strong independent clinical judgment overnight \n
- Escalate patient concerns appropriately to backup physicians when necessary \n

\n Qualifications\n

- Master's degree required \n
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner required \n
- FNP-C, AGACNP, ACNP, or related certification preferred \n
- Prior Emergency Medicine, Critical Care, Hospitalist, or Med-Surg experience strongly preferred \n
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills \n
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced hospital environment \n
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills \n
