Job Summary and Responsibilities
As ourOB/GYN Physicianyou will join CommonSpirit Obstetrics & Gynecology, a highly respected and mission-driven practice in the thriving Westminster, CO area. For over 25 years, our physicians have consistently delivered expert and compassionate women's healthcare, fostering lifelong patient relationships within an established, high-volume environment. This unique opportunity allows you to contribute to a team-based practice with a strong community reputation, supported by experienced OB/GYN physicians, NPs, CNMs, and dedicated staff. We are seeking a passionateObstetrician Gynecologistto make a significant impact on women's health.
\n\nEvery day you will provide full-scope OB/GYN care, dedicating .75 FTE to clinical responsibilities including well-woman visits, comprehensive prenatal care, gynecology, and menopause management. You'll have the opportunity to perform modern surgical techniques, including minimally invasive and robotic gynecologic surgery. Additionally, you will commit .25 FTE as a Laborist, undertaking two crucial 24-hour shifts per month to support our birthing services and OBGYN emergencies.
\n\nTo be successful in this role, you will be a board-certified or board-eligibleOB/GYN committed to delivering high-quality, accessible care. You'll leverage CommonSpirit's extensive resources, including centralized credentialing, technology implementation, and robust financial support, allowing you to focus primarily on patient care.

We are offering an exceptional compensation package, including a guaranteed annual base salary of $387,337, a substantial $37,818 sign-on bonus, $15,000 in relocation assistance, and $30,000 for student loan assistance, making this a top-tierOBGYN job openingin Colorado.
