Augusta Health is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Gastroenterology Generalist Physician to join our expanding Gastroenterology Practice located in the picturesque Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. As a General Gastroenterologist, you will thrive in our outpatient clinic and state-of-the-art endoscopy suite.

• Practice Setting: Outpatient, hospital-based, single-specialty group

• Schedule: Enjoy a 4/10 work week for better work-life balance (3- ENDO 1-Clinic)
\n
• Call: No Call or weekends
\n
• Current Staff: 4 Physicians and 7 APP in practice
\n
• Clinical Volume: 14-16 ENDO cases per day; average annual wRVUs ~8,794
\n
• Endoscopy Center: 6 Procedure Suites and 18 private Patient Prep/Recovery Rooms
\n
• Outpatient Pavilion: Located a short walk from main hospital campus
\n
• Collaboration: Collegial Medical Staff and large network for gaining new patients. Strong relationship with General Surgery team.

Qualifications

\n
• MD/DO with Board Certification in Gastroenterology
\n
• Eligible for medical licensure in Virginia
\n
• Strong interest in delivering state-of-the-art care in community settings
\n

Salary Base - $592,988.00

Potential Incentive - $ 29,649.00

Total 1st Year - $622,638.00

Sign-on- $35,000 with 2 year commitment

Relocation Up to $10,000 (receipt based)

CME- $4200
