Commercial Electrician Needed

DBE is seeking a motivated individual who is focused on advancing their career and technical skills as an electrician within a commercial construction environment. While prior experience is strongly preferred, it is not strictly required we encourage applications from entry-level candidates who demonstrate a willingness to learn, a strong work ethic, and good interpersonal skills. At the same time, candidates who possess 1 to 4 years of electrical experience are especially welcome and will be evaluated for positions that take advantage of existing competencies.

Primary responsibilities will include conduit bending, device termination, blueprint reading, pulling wiring, assisting with equipment installations, and performing general electrical trade tasks on commercial projects. The successful candidate will work alongside experienced journeymen and foremen and will be expected to follow safety protocols, communicate effectively with team members and clients, and contribute to on-time, quality project delivery. Some travel to project sites is required, and candidates must be flexible with site locations and schedules. Per diem and lodging is paid when working out of town.

Blueprint reading and basic circuit understanding are valuable skills that will accelerate learning, but we will consider candidates without formal experience who demonstrate aptitude and dedication.
